Prepare for a visit

- Photos of displays, error messages and accessible equipment
- When the issue started and any recent changes
- Monitoring screenshots or generation history
- Existing handover documents, where available
Keep equipment covers closed and avoid accessing the roof yourself. We will discuss access requirements and the next step with you.
Aftercare and warranties
Workmanship cover and manufacturer warranties are separate. Your original quotation, contract and equipment documents set out the terms. We review the fault and any relevant documentation before agreeing repair work or charges.
