TrustMark Registration

Jelvis is registered with TrustMark, the UK Government-endorsed quality scheme.

As a TrustMark Registered Business, we agree to comply with the TrustMark Consumer Code, which provides protection for customers through clear contracts, fair pricing, good workmanship, and access to an independent complaints process if required.

MCS Certification

Jelvis is MCS certified for applicable renewable technologies, including solar PV and battery storage systems.

MCS certification confirms that our installations meet recognised industry standards and that eligible systems can be used for grant funding, export tariffs, and other government-backed schemes where applicable.

We only offer and promote renewable technologies for which we are certified.

Our Services

All works are carried out in accordance with current regulations and manufacturer requirements.

Payments, Deposits & Guarantees

Where applicable, we may request staged payments or deposits for works.

Details of payment terms will be clearly set out in our written quotations and contracts before any work begins.

All workmanship is covered by our standard installation warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to supplied equipment and components.

Where required, deposit protection and insurance-backed warranties are provided in line with TrustMark and MCS requirements.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide a high standard of service at all times. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please follow the procedure below.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve the matter promptly.

  1. Internal review
    If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, we will carry out an internal review and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

  2. Escalation to TrustMark
    If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate the matter to TrustMark, who provide access to an independent dispute resolution process.
