Green mortgage rewards and borrowing options for solar panels and battery storage

If you already have a mortgage, your lender may offer additional borrowing, cashback or preferential products for improving your home’s energy efficiency.

These offers vary considerably. Some could help fund a new solar and battery installation, while others only reward homes that already have a high Energy Performance Certificate rating.

Jelvis can provide a detailed solar and battery proposal for you to submit to your lender. Your lender will decide whether you and your proposed improvements qualify.

Information checked: 18 August 2026. Offers can change or be withdrawn, so always confirm the latest terms directly with your lender before proceeding.
